April 16, 2008: Caroline & Jonathan: Engaged!

What a joyful couple! Caroline and Jonathan really enjoy being around each other and their delight is infectious. We had a great time hiking around Wild Basin this week (photography AND a work out!) and capturing some fun moments.

Their wedding is only a month away and I loved hearing about all the details. I can't wait! See you guys soon and thanks for the wonderful evening!

Jonathan knows why I put this picture on the blog and now he knows I'm right.

April 13, 2008: Karie & Ryan - Engaged!

More engagement session fun this weekend with Karie & Ryan (& Jake the dog; more on him in a minute)! They are one of those couples that is so comfortable and sweet around each other; You definitely know that they are a good match.

We headed out to catch the last of the bluebonnets (which, sadly, were not that great this year) and shoot in some other outdoor locations.

Thanks so much for a wonderful afternoon you two. The company plus the weather made it a perfect afternoon.

Both of them have one of the better 'non-smiley' looks I've come across.

And here is Jake. Oh, I have such dog envy. He is a sweetie.

April 12, 2008: Sarah's Bridals

I shot Sarah's bridal portraits this weekend and they are beautiful. She is a brunette Grace Kelley and is going to stun people at her wedding on April 26th.

But you can't see them yet. Nope. Stop begging, it's embarrassing. You'll have to wait two weeks. It's worth it, I promise.

April 2, 2008: Blythe, Sarah and Sam

Blythe and I have been trying to coordinate schedules for months to get some casual shots of her and her sister Sarah. Well, the calendar gods finally smiled on us and I am so happy about that.


I had a delightful time with Blythe, Sarah and cutie Sam last week. I have never seen a smilier baby.

March 29, 2008: Tricia and Jeff's Wedding

Adorable couple, stunning venue - pretty good combination for a wedding. I just can't get enough of working with the T-Shizzle, so we were back in action as a team again this weekend.

Tricia and Jeff's wedding was at The Four Seasons Austin and beautifully coordinated by Bethany, Lindy, Lauren and Celine from 36th Street Weddings. Flowers were by Fiori del Sole and I plotted on how I could wander off with some of them. So gorgeous y'all!

Congratulations Tricia and Jeff! Enjoy your new life together!

In general, this is an outtake, but I love how the magic of a wedding infects everyone. Tricia and Jeff had many admirers during their portrait session.

My Website is back!

There are lots of new engagement and family images to peek at. The wedding gallery will be updated in the next few months as I comb through this season's weddings. But there's still plenty to enjoy right now.

Pricing is the same and will remain so through June 1, 2008. I'll be sure to warn you again when pricing is about to change.
